“Kaspi” Lyceum students visited the Parliament building on October 18th on the occasion of Independence Day.
Pupils of the 9th and 10th grades participating in the excursion visited the plenary hall of the Parliament, the conference room, and the Heydar Aliyev Museum. 
During the excursion, our students met with the chairman of the Committee on Economic Policy, Industry and Entrepreneurship Ziyad Samadzade. Mr. Samadzade shared his memories of October 18th, 1991 with our students. Later, our students had the opportunity to address several questions to Ziyad Samadzade and get more information. Our students had the opportunity to talk to the deputy of the Parliament of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Agajan Abiyev.
Mr. Abiyev spoke to our students about the development of Azerbaijan in the years of independence and gave them advice. At the museum, our students had the opportunity to get more information about the exhibits of the period of independence.
