Ilbar Ortayli, the great historian of the “One nation with two states”, was a guest at the “Kaspi” Lyceum on May 22nd. The event took place in the Bakikhanov branch of “Kaspi” Lyceum. Former Member of Parliament, Sabir Rustamkhanli, chairman of the Azeri-Turkish Women's Association Tanzila Rustamkhanli, “Kaspi” Lyceum teachers, students and media representatives also attended the meeting.

Mrs. Valiyeva, opened the ceremony with her speech noting the importance of Ilbar Ortayli’s creativity. She also added that his creativity is appreciated not only by Turkish people but also by the entire world. The event continued with the dance, chorus and theatrical performance by the students of “Kaspi” Lyceum. At the end of the event Ilber Ortayli and the students shared the stage by making a speech and asking interesting questions. The ceremony closed with the former Member of Parliament, Sabir Rustamkhanli’s speech. He in turn, thanked the students and teaching staff of the lyceum, to the entire delegation, especially, Mrs. Sona Valiyeva for the opportunities she had provided for the great meeting. The event ended with a memorable photo.
